Shorten used-tire stints instead of a short last stint

Each stop changes 4, 2 or 0 tires — click a stint's tire pill in the table to cycle through them, and the table shows how many tires you have left after every stop. When the sets don't cover every stop, the planner spreads no-change stops (double stints) through the race so no tire ever does a third stint. With the box ticked, only those no-change stints are shortened — new-tire stints stay at full length — to absorb what would otherwise be a short last stint (never below half a stint). If you add stints and there aren't enough doubles to take the time, it marks the extra ones for you.
